Return Policies

At Vape-It!, we understand the frustration of getting the incorrect product, or a product that does not work properly. We offer the following return and refund policies to help mitigate this frustration:

E-Juice, Salt Nicotine, & Disposables

• Since these items are considered consumable products, and for the health and safety of our staff and customers, we are unable to take these products back for a full refund or exchange once the product has left our stores. 
• For E-Juice and Salt Nicotine, if there was a problem with the product, and if the product has been purchased within the last 30 days (verified either by receipt or on the customer's store account), we offer a 35% discount on your next purchase with us.
• For Disposables, if there was a problem with the product, and if the product has been purchased within the last few days (verified either by receipt or on the customer's store account), we offer a 35% discount on your next purchase with us. We recommend, on each disposable purchase, for customers to test the disposable in-store. If a disposable is found to be faulty in-store at the time of purchase, we will offer an exchange for that product at that time.

Refillable Pod & Mod Devices

• All of our refillable devices (pod systems, pod-mod systems, mod systems, etc.) come with a 30-day return policy, which will require verification by receipt or by a customer's store account. 
• The device must be brought back to us with the original packaging, and must not have received extensive damage since the date of purchase. 
• If you find yourself over the 30-day return policy, but with a faulty device, we do recommend contacting the brand company of the device, as they usually have longer warranty periods on their devices.

For the safety of our employees and customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from a different company. If you have any questions regarding the return and exchange policies at a specific store location, please contact that store's manager to discuss your options. We are more than happy to talk to you!
